Jasper's Training Regiment: The Ghost's Grind
Five Days of Pure Dedication
When Jasper "The Ghost" Ellis talks about commitment, he's not just talking – he's living it. His training schedule isn't for the weak-minded. Five days a week, he's hitting multiple sessions daily, building the foundation that makes him a force in Bendigo's underground boxing scene.
The Weekly Breakdown:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: The heavy days. Strength and conditioning sessions kick off the morning, followed by afternoon boxing training. But Jasper doesn't stop there – he squeezes in personal coaching sessions around lunchtime, then caps it off with a 5:30am boxing class the next morning.
Tuesday, Thursday: Boxing-focused days with multiple training sessions, keeping the technical skills sharp while the body recovers from strength work.
Sunday: Officially his rest day, but The Ghost doesn't really rest. Long, slow runs through Bendigo streets – active recovery that keeps the mind clear and the legs moving.
The Reality:
Two to three sessions daily, five days straight. That's not just training – that's obsession with the craft. While others are making excuses, Jasper's already finished his morning session and planning his afternoon work.
This is what "Trust the Process" looks like in action. No shortcuts. No easy days. Just consistent, relentless dedication to becoming better than yesterday.
The underground doesn't sleep. Neither does The Ghost.
This training regiment represents everything the Ghost Collection stands for – authentic dedication, real work, and the kind of commitment that can't be faked. When you wear the collection, you're repping the same mentality that drives Jasper through those grueling five-day cycles.
